Amplifiedly provides analytics, reporting, and AI-assisted insights for Community Development Financial Institutions (CDFIs). The Service may evolve over time, and we may add or remove features.
You must provide accurate information, maintain the security of your credentials, and promptly notify us of any unauthorized use. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
To provide AI-powered features, we may send your data to cloud-based AI services for processing. These services analyze data to generate insights, summaries, or other outputs within the Service. You authorize this processing by using AI features.
AI outputs are informational and may contain errors. You are responsible for verifying outputs before making decisions.
You retain ownership of your data and content. You grant Amplifiedly a limited license to host, process, and display your content solely to operate and improve the Service.
You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with system integrity, or upload unlawful or harmful content.
The Service may integrate third-party services (e.g., data import sources or cloud AI providers). We are not responsible for third-party services and their terms.
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. No system is perfectly secure, and you use the Service at your own risk.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. AI outputs are not professional advice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Amplifiedly will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
